I rented a property in Chepstow through Homelink Lettings as a tenant from October 2019 to October 2020. Amalia and the team were brilliant from day one, all of the paperwork was quick and easy and I immediately felt at home! Throughout my tenancy Amalia was very responsive and friendly and would respond promptly to texts and emails which made it a breeze being a tenant. Sadly the property owners had to sell and I had to move at the end of my tenancy but Amalia was great throughout what was a really stressful period looking for a new home in the middle of Covid. Although I’m now with a different letting agent I would not hesitate to rent or buy through Amalia in the future – she is fantastic and a true professional!

Amelia had my property for 2 years .. Tenants were great however on leaving ... Amelia had her guy in to repair the Door Bell .. This was not repaired , he left me with a wireless Door Bell ...!!! Very poor workmanship!!! I repaired myself !!! Now working the way it should have ... In the main bedroom the Headrail was damaged , deliberate act as the Louvre is missing !!! The point I’m making these should have been picked up on the inventory on leaving !! The bond should not have been handed over until these problems were rectified !!! The inventory is extremely important !!! Pay attention !!! Unhappy!!! Extremely unhappy with response from Amelia !!! Asked her to make good the Doorbell & Headrail !!! She contorted her face & p****** off !!! Professional my arse !!!

Homelinks has managed an apartment for us for 8 years, absolutely flawless service, very quick to find suitable renters, who are happy to stay for long periods. Occupiers are well looked after and as a landlord I have piece of mind all the involved are happy and the property is well looked after. Highly recommend for anyone that doesn't want the headache of managing a property but wishes to enjoy the benefits of the investment.
