Literally took all of our deposit money for fake cleaning charges. We are very house proud and clean tenants and feel from the other reviews on here we have been scammed. We are very disappointed and feel really let down by them. Not great.

really good experience from start to finish - helpful during initial checks, very thorough check-in, always tried to help when any property issues arose. The whole process with Red Key has been easy. They actually listen to you and make it all seem less daunting. Highly recommended!

I moved into a property last week and had a terrible situation which meant the property needed to be vacated. No fault of anyone. Red Key have been amazing, and put me up in a hotel from day 1 and gave me a week here to decide what option I wanted to proceed with. Within 2 days it has been arranged that I will be moving to another property they have as soon as its available (this was my choice) as the initial property will not be ready for a few months. in the meantime, accommodation has been arranged which i'm more than happy with. couldn't have asked for better service in this very unfortunate situation.

After a bad experience with the estate agents on his first rental property in Pembrokeshire, we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent service from red key property services when our son moved to Newport. Due to covid-19 he moved in without seeing the flat, but it was as described, and the whole process was handled very smoothly.
