Fantastic agency!! Friendly and welcoming. Been with them for nearly four years now. I've had lots of personal problems and they were so helpful and caring. Any other agency would have made my life hell. Plus when there have been little issues with the flat (boiler breaking down, replacing double glazing) they have been fixed so quickly. I hope to be with them for another four years!!
Professional and caring
Biggest mistake I made was renting from home rentals lovely at first and love getting the rent but don't like doing work on property's. been living in mould for 12mths the house is unsafe but no help. Keep nagging to them to fix it and they r very rude and inconsiderate people. Read a couple of posts about getting bond back I better 😡 And I will leave it at that!!! #shiteinabucket
