Julia had a great approach throughout our appointments, all of which were carried out over Zoom. It was amazing how she looked at my overall posture when accessing my injuries and explained so clearly how they were caused. As a result, we worked on a range of movements that were not just localised to the areas of my injuries. These improved my overall posture and engaged muscles that were not used at all previously. I was experiencing quite a lot of knee and hip pain when running prior to the treatments, which has now gone away completely. I would definitely recommend Julia to a friend!

Julia has treated myself and both my kids for various issues including ankle, back, shoulder, elbow and knee injuries!; Most recently she has helped my daughter rehabilitate from a serious ankle injury. She is very knowledgeable and has a highly empathetic, friendly yet professional approach. She gets to the root of the problem and has been brilliant for us in in identifying and correcting imbalances and other issues, rehabbing from a functional and sports specific perspective and helping to protect us from future reoccurrence of the injury in question. I would highly recommend her!

I learned so much during my sessions with Julia. I went there the first time for neck pain, thinking I would get a massage... Julia explained the origin of my pain, made me understand how to use my muscles properly and gave me exercises which helped so much! She also gave me some great tips about breathing, very useful in stressful times like these. I couldn't recommend her more!

I went to see Julia after I being frustrated with Harley street physio for 4 months and seeing little changes. Someone from south Africa origin recommend to see biokinetics. Then I started seeing Julia first week of March 2020, she explained the whole process and asked me to give myself 8 weeks to be able to run again. I was worried that I will not be able to see Julia during lockdown but managed to do all appointments via Zoom. The follow up exercises were all home workout so I managed to keep up with progress. Then Mid May 2020 I started going for a short run. I was amazed by the progress as I was still limping on my first appointment and 8 weeks after that running again. She always send the exercises video after each appointment and always available on WhatsApp. I highly recommend Julia , she is brilliant and very friendly.

Julia's approach to injuries and the human body is absolutely incredible. We often don't realise how one, seemingly silly injury, can affect the whole neuro system. Mine was a foot injury (I missed the last step, coming downstairs) and after the gp disregarded my injury a couple of times, 8 months had passed and I was still in pain, I decided to seak help elsewhere. The very first session I had with Julia showed me that bio kinetics would definitely be the way to my recovery. I had one session a week and 3-4 new exercises to do at home each time, in order to strengthen the muscles and teach my body how to move properly again. These things never even occured to me before! I am happy to say that I got to where I wanted to be and I will definitely go back to see her for a few sessions before our ski holiday!
