I went to Ben for ACL reconstruction post op physiotherapy and it has been great. Ben created a tailored set of home exercises based on his assessment of improvements/recovery along with weekly BFR exercises. Recovery rate has definitely exceeded my expectations. It has only been five weeks since my op but the mobility and strength of my knee has tangibly improved weekly. Ben is very good at breaking down complex information into digestible bits and is very patient at answering my many questions. I would highly recommend Ben/BFR.

I visited Paul when a persistent knee pain got so bad I couldn’t bend it anymore! Through a combination of exercises and massage he was able to fix it, but as important as that to me was Paul’s in-depth knowledge and ability to help me understand the reasons for this injury and what I could do! When you don’t understand the nature of your injury there is a tendency to avoid everything out of fear, but Paul built my confidence, and removed the mental barriers to using my leg properly again. My experience was so positive that I recommended him to members of my family.

Great physio! I have been helped so much by BFR physio, I have so many pain related issues, and working with Ben has really helped improve my pain and my ability to cope with the pain. Improving my bodies ability to cope with the tasks of daily living. Would definitely recommend!

I visited Paul last year for my chronic groin pain problem which i was suffering nearly 2 years. I visited many physiotherapist without any relief. Paul prepared an exercise program for me. After couple of months exercise program I recovered. His approach was more adaptive to my body style and personalised. Thanks to him a lot. M
