I called in here today to drop some papers off. The security guards were rude and brash. I was instructed to use the "black telephone" to ring for someone to collect my papers. When I eventually got through, the lady on the line was full of her own importance and reluctant to come and see me. I informed her that I was as busy as she was, so she gave in and collected my papers for a couple of seconds before vanishing behind the sacred door. The notice on that door stated that no one would answer the door, if you knocked on it.
Earlier that morning, I spoke to a lovely woman on the phone from the Court. She was polite and friendly and took time to explain what I needed to do.
It is a shame that her colleagues let the side down. There are plenty of people needing jobs so if you cannot do it better, step aside and give someone else the opportunity.
