Asked Lee for a quote to re felt my roof & replace the tiles ( a new roof ) he came the next day and gave me a competitive written quote there & then. Once the scaffolding was in place, work started straight away, with lee keeping me informed every step of the way. They worked flat out and completed the job on time. The work was completed to a very high standard , and any concerns I had were addressed promptly by lee himself. The scaffolding was then removed the next day, and all rubbish removed. Got the feeling that lee, and the whole team, really cared about the quality of the work they do. Highly recommended.

Called and spoke to Lee regarding a gutter issue, he made an end of day appointment for me (convenient for me). Chris and Mark where excellent, they fixed the gutter (no longer flooding my garden) and pointed out some extra small issues with my roof which they happily sorted out. 100% recommend these guys.

Excellent, professional and friendly service from Lee and his colleagues. Lee identified the issue with our leaking roof and arranged for his colleagues to refit some loose roof tiles. Competitive rates.

Lee and his team removed our chimney stack, replaced the main (pitched) roof, flat roof, soffits, fascia and guttering. They did an excellent job, Lee has an excellent work ethic and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team.

We contracted LJ Symonds to carry out a complicated and technical job on our home after another local “roofer” in Bassaleg, NP10: CPN Home Improvements abandoned us. Lee provided us with a very competitive quote to repair the work. When Lee arrived, we were immediately assured that we were in good hands. Once L J Symmons started work we felt immediately assured that he was the right person for the job. Lee and his team were enthusiastic, and everything you want and need from a roofing company. After our previous experience, Lee was sensitive to what we had been through and professional in completing the task. From the beginning, Lee advised on his approach and kept in constant contact with us. He arrived when he said they would and in my opinion he and his team did went above and beyond in the timeframe they gave. They started from scratch, completely removed the tiles and old felt and installed new quality material, on a relatively large roof in 3 days. It is suffice to say that our expectations were more than exceeded by LJ Symonds and his team. If you want any roofing job done, Lee is your man. Since the roof work, we have also had new guttering installed by LJ Symonds, and again we are extremely pleased. Happy to be contacted for before after pictures.
