Think staff members need more training on customer service, I wasn't interested staff are on holiday & couldn't deliver until February! Really liked dining table set, & maybe TJ Hughes ought to offer sets to be either self or pre assembled (for a small charge) no sale for TJ Hughes
Garden sale items were really good. Polite helpful staff but not enough staff. We was looking round for someone who worked there for ages.
The store is dark & feels a bit run down & unloved. It used to be on 2 floors, but the 1st floor is permanently closed & everything is bunged on the ground floor. Quite disappointing really.
This used to be a great place to shop - clothing and household items amongst other things but now it's in its death throes and has little stock of interest. Very sad.
Enjoyed the experience, not an awful lot of choice in men's clothes, did buy shoes, be a shame if this place is closing, looked a bit like it,
