Made my order for a delivery for after 4pm as my partner is a teaching assistant and could not make it home before that time, after saying to my partner that she needs to be home slightly before 4 she made arrangements and did the best she could to be home for 15:55 but the florist or their delivery driver completely ignored the instructions to only deliver after 4pm even if it meant it was their last delivery. I asked the owner what she was going to do about it and she has refused to do anything. I adore flowers and using them to put a smile on my partners face and this was the first time I'd used this company and unfortunately for them it's going to be the last time.
