Paul came out and helped me with my problem within an impressively small amount of time. He changed the locks on my uPVC door and had spare keys ready extremely quickly. To top it off, Paul also fixed an issue with our back door, completely free. Genuinely cannot recommend this business enough. A nice, smart and punctual person with excellent communication. Highly, highly recommended.

I cant thank Paul enough for the first class service he provided and the professionalism in which he delivered it! Paul went above and beyond to ensure my familys safety. My little boy has adhd and autism and is quite the escape artist, so when my front door wouldn't lock I had a mini breakdown and started unscrewing parts thinking I could sort it! How wrong was I!? Anyway at this point i couldn't even close my front door let alone lock it and little boy can open the safety gates so i was freaking! Within an hour of me calling Paul he arrived at my door and revealed the extent of the situation I was faced with, I needed a new part at 8PM on a friday. This knight in shining armour would not leave until he knew the door would lock so he worked his magic for a makeshift lock that would be ample until the tuesday when the part would be back. I get a phone call at 12.45 on saturday " I'm around 15minutes away" Paul had gone well out of his way to source the part, pick it up and then come back and fit it! My door was fixed by 3PM saturday. Thank you so so much! I will highly recommend this gentleman 100%.
