Just called in for fuel. This is the 4th time in total.
Was given a voucher for a free coffee a few weeks ago and hadn’t used it.
Tired to use it last week when I called in but the cafe closed at 4pm.
Handed the voucher over today for a coffee and was asked for the fuel receipt.
I didn’t even take the fuel receipt for today’s fuel purchase as I always pay cash.
The girl behind the counter was trying to work out what to do and had no idea. I said just leave it it’s too much hassle.
I wouldn’t have a voucher if I hadn’t been given it for buying over £30 worth of fuel.
Total waste of time!
Their tyre inflator machine took my £1 without giving me any air! I went in to advise the lady working there she didn't know what to do! I said just give me the £1 back and I'll use the other machine. I then had to wait 10mins for her to unsuccessfully try to find the manager, then eventually common sense won and she gave me the £1 back. Poor customer service.
Like it. Welcoming staff and discounted fuel.
