Due to the virus threat and my medical condition, I went to the night pay window to pay for my petrol and was humiliated over ear-piercingly loud loudspeaker by the obnoxious shouting woman at the till demanding I go inside the busy shop, although I had already explained my medical condition which puts me at a high risk of dying from coronavirus.
After being as courteous as I could and thanking her at the window, I walked back to my car only to hear her scream through the loudspeaker once again “NEXT TIME PAY ON YOUR CARD!”.
The night-pay window should be open and an option to pay, all throughout the day to restrict transmission of this deadly virus and I don’t I’m being unreasonable. This happened on Wednesday the 17th of June at roughly 1:30 pm and cashier lady at the till closest to the window at the time should not be involved with anything customer related...
I look forward to seeing a response and a change of policy as I fill up there regularly and as a shareholder I feel even more disgruntled.
No disposable gloves again for use with diesel nor was there any blue roll to wipe your hands on. This seems to be a regular occurrence. Come on Sainsbury’s, you can do better than this! Service is everything....

A busy petrol station due to its location. Kept tidy and well stocked. Friendly and polite staff.
Good petrol station. You have a choice to pay at the pump or the kiosk inside. Has a good choice of sweets and snacks. You can also pick up milk. Coffee is also available. Petrol prices are relatively cheap and on par with Asda petrol station. The staff are friendly and helpful.
