Thank you for all your help with Lucky you have been amazing!! So kind and helpful understand each step of the way and always keeping us posted. I know Lucky took a shine to the staff as we were told, he always wanted attention and cuddles and lap petting from you. I'm glad you loved him as much as we do. Keep up the amazing work!!

Wow! If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Sybil (sorry if i spelt it wrong!) at Vets Now deserves a medal. My cat (Dizzee) Needed her eye enucliated urgently as she was hemorrhaging from her eye. Sybil went above and beyond to get me an urgent surgery appointment at the PDSA as i am seriously ill myself and could not afford £1200 - completely above and beyond and i am very grateful. These Vets are AMAZING, CARING and SYPATHETIC - i wont go anywhere else in future!

My dog had breathing proplems turned out he had serious heart murmur they delt with me and wife with heart when we had to make a heartbreaking decision to have him put to sleep me and wife would like to ty for the arrangements for the cremation and allowing us to say our final goodbye to him he was our rock and our child to us ty so so much for everything we now await his return with sadness but happy he's no longer in pain (please people if you can afford pet insurance please get it, it save heartache for your beloved pet in furture and saves you making a sad and difficult decision)

I took my puppy to Vets Now as he had been bitten by another dog and appeared to have a deep wound. I contacted FirstVet via video call who recommended I get him checked out as the bite looked deep and he would likely need antibiotics and pain relief. I was charged £243 by VetsNow to be given some antiseptic cream and be told it was a ‘superficial’ wound and wasn’t as bad as it looked. When he was returned to me his leg had been shaved and his wound was still bleeding, I was given the cream and told to apply 3 times a day but no further information on how to address the wound.
