I hadn’t heard of kinetic shift (KS) as a healing modality for Trauma until I met wonderful Kay Downie, the Soul Mechanic just under 2 weeks ago at a virtual meeting. The rest is, as they say, history. In just an hour and a half, over the course of 2 separate sessions, Kay managed to assist in shifting my PTSD and chronic back pain for good. I feel amazing! I am deeply grateful and totally recommend Jay and KS. Thank you.

I had a kinetic shift therapy session with Kay. I didn't know much about this style of therapy so went in with an open mind. Kay is very warm and reassuring and I really enjoyed my session and had a really deep sleep that night. I also have been sleeping well ever since. :-) Thank you Kay!

Following a (4Sight) presentation at a Networking meeting and a short reading, I was interested in the experience so decided to book a further in-depth reading with Kay. Kay's manner was calming and reassuring. I had the opportunity to chose different pack, (colour etc). There were areas which resonated with me and I found the Reading interesting and thought provoking. I highly recommend Kay

I can highly recommend Kay. Having never experienced Tarot cards before i was a little sceptical but very soon into our session a theme emerged. Information that Kay would not have known about rang true with me & at times, the truth was a bit close for comfort. How did she know that??! Well, within 24hrs of our session 1 of the topics/prediction has come true. Kay, you have a talent. Thank you for giving the reassurance i needed.
