The Kitchen Depot, Oxford

Getting a new kitchen is no small event in your life. It’s really quite scary. But we walked into The Kitchen Depot with an idea of what we wanted, and walked out knowing we’d made the right choice with TKD. Lovely Amy did the most important thing – she listened. And she came up with a brilliant design. When she went on maternity leave there was a seamless handover to the equally lovely Sarah. Seamless because they all know what’s going on. They communicate. It’s a wonderful team, led by Chris, and you can safely put your complete trust in them. The design was still developing during installation, with the “What about…” and “Would it work if we…”. Seeds of ideas became “Of course, we can do that.” So we had a bespoke under-stairs cupboard, and free-standing appliances hidden away. I can’t ignore the fact that we had an amazing installer in Trevor aka ‘Treasure’. Like everyone else in the team, nothing was too much trouble, and he went beyond what was expected. He did the whole installation single-handed, including the flooring and porcelain skirting. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend The Kitchen Depot Oxford.

I was looking to buy a kitchen from Wickes. However, when I looked into it more and more I realised what I had been told wasn’t what I was being sold. I was also told i would get it in 4 weeks, that turned into 8 weeks. Eventually I cancelled and I’m glad I did. The Kitchen Depot were so helpful and professional from start to finish, delivered on time. A much better quality kitchen and even saved money. They even came and checked the delivery off on the day and if I had any questions about fitting had no problem in helping us. Highly Recommend.
