I have been phoning since 9 o clock it is now 12.30 Message says we are very busy then cuts you off. Not being able to contact a doctor or even a receptionist is uunacceptable. maybe there is a fault with the service but more likely just switched off. The doctors are great when you do see them. Reception area is the problem. Again Receptionists are nice when finally get through.
Been registered with Forest View from it's opening. I have always received the best attention and service from the reception staff, the health care staff and any doctor that I have seen. The surgery building is clean and modern and care provided has been exceptional.
It is a good modern surgery incorporating Sheppards Pharmacy, however the surgery lacks online access which is a disadvantage in modern times. Location is in quite a remote area for pedestrians, however there is a car park and on-road parking is also available in the immediate vicinity if this fills up. There are separate access doors for pharmacy and surgery and there is an internal door that interconnects. The surgery is close to Ynyswen rail station and is served by buses 121 (infrequent) and 120 and 130 (further away). The practice serves a large area and is often busy.
Had some bloods and lifestyle checks with Josh today, one of the nicest male nurses ive ever met. He was very friendly, very patient and calm really put me at ease. I also did not feel a thing and he had my bloods 1st time. Not sure if I left review for the lovely nurse Gemma last time. She was equally as friendly, calm and patient. Both an asset to the team. This is the best surgery iv been to for a long time I see DR sundaes and he listens to you and not like most doctors sir you down and kick u out not with DR sundars
