Nothing is too much trouble for the team at SBJ. Having bought an engagement ring from them a few years ago. Our recent visit to the shop seeking a Tag Watch and eternity ring was a prime example of the non-pushy, genuine, trustworthy attitude the shop has. Having discussed our budget, and timescale we were given some excellent information and homework to look into the pieces.. I'll be back as soon as I've saved the money. In the past couple of weeks I've had a gold ring resized and a gold chain which was too long, chopped off a bit and made in to a bracelet. All the work carried out was well priced under what I thought it was going to cost me. The work was fast and perfect. I will recommend this place to any one. 5* service

Absolutely fantastic, took my old wedding ring ,which was still on my finger to have it clipped off &just wanted a replacement which wasn't too expensive, Danny clipped my ring off which I thought was 18 carat but Danny said it was 22 ,he offered me a far higher price for my old ring, which I'd not even considered, was amazed at valuation & for Danny's honesty. Buy all my jewellery from Bradley's there friendly staff have helped my other half design the most perfect gold charm bracelet for me with many sentimental charms that have been attached free of charge everytime we have brought a new one...the service we always receive goes above and beyond customer satisfaction will not use any other jeweler as none compare to the quality you get from Bradley's...keep up the hardwork guys💍📿🏆🤗

I've been looking for a particular, quite expensive, vintage watch for a while and saw one in the window. It had a couple of superficial but nevertheless important flaws. Danny in the shop could not have been more helpful. The watch was returned to the watchmaker twice before purchase. He researched the history of the watch movements in the shop to ease any concerns I had regarding the purchase and the history of the watch. The bracelet was resized in the shop. I am absolutely delighted with the experience from start to finish and will definitely return.
