The computers don't open until 1pm but the woman at reception allowed me to use one 5 mins early to print off a returns note. I don't carry cash and the woman at the enquiry desk allowed me to take my print out. That's what I call service. Be polite and people are polite to you.
The new self check out stations don't have anywhere to put the books you are checking out apart from the hand sanitizer table. Otherwise good as usual.
Really nice staff and a nice place to go and to to get your work done
I have not been to Chesterfield Library for over 20 years. I had 2 hours to kill in Chesterfield and as most of the interesting shops are now either closed or changed to betting shops I visited the library. What a releive and pleasure it was, clean and tidy, well stocked, well informed staff and quiet. Just like it was 20 years ago. A peaceful nice place to be with nice staff. Recommened
