Very friendly staff and straight forward process. Lots of parking near by and easy to find. Finally after nearly 6 months my baby is registered 😁

I went to register my Civil partners death today, so as you can imagine I was a bit wobbly. I was dealt with by an older chap called Bill. He was cold, unsympathetic and made no conversation at all to put me at ease. At no point did he offer his condolences either. I was deeply upset when I returned home. I hope that if he ever loses a loved one that he is treated with more dignity and respect than he showed me.
