Steve provided an exceptional service on New Year’s Eve, highly knowledgeable about his craft and produced a sterling job that we are more than satisfied with. A lovely bloke who delivered everything to the highest of standards. I highly recommend Steve as the only locksmith I will ever use now.

I found Steven through Google and saw the positive reviews - he was every bit as good as they say! I called on Saturday morning with a holiday cottage door lock that was broken. He was there within an hour, replaced the lock and gave the keys to the guests - all sorted remotely and for an excellent price. Thank you Steven.

We were moving house and had lost the door keys to the garage of our rented accommodation - which is where we had piled a lot of our stuff destined for onward journeys. This was a real nuisance and potentially presented a really serious delay to our time-bound plans. And it was a Sunday!! Steve was simply brilliant. There was no additional charge for turning out on a weekend and he attended really promptly (even being kind enough to update us on traffic delays en route). On arrival, he rapidly assessed the problem and, to our great relief, had all the necessary parts on his well-equipped van. He went about his work, quietly, quickly, cleanly and extremely proficiently. He is a delightful man, a great exemplar of an old-fashioned professional with a strong orientation toward customer service and we have no hesitation whatever in warmly recommending him for all your locksmith needs - emergencies or otherwise . Thank you, Steve for making a very stressful situation practically stress-free. (Oh, and we found the keys. Three days later!!)

Steven was extremely helpful. He came out within 30minutes of enquiring on a Sunday afternoon, had the part he needed on the van and completed the job thoroughly and to a very high standard. Steven was pleasant and professional and based on conversation with him, I would class him as being a subject matter expert in his field. Although it was a Sunday Steven quoted what I believe was a very fair price, and did not make any attempt to up sell for unnecessary parts. Thank you Steven, great all round guy.

Steve replaced the gear box on a 5 lever lock that was faulty & would no longer lock. I rang him early on a Monday morning & he was with me within the hour! I was so impressed with his service that I booked him in a few days later to install an extra lock on our timber front door. In both instances, the service was great, to a very high standard and left very clean afterwards. Highly recommended!
