Awful treatment of my dog, moved vets and got better cheaper treatment . So Appauled with treatment of my dog I moved my horse as well. Be aware

I just want to say what an incredible practise this is and feel that this needs to be said after the dramatics that i witnessed today. I felt like the whole team tried their absolute best to resolve an issue that a client had, but she would not have any of it. I have been coming to this practise for a number of years and they have always been brillant with my pets. Money is not their goal, they are just trying to do their job and give the best possible care they can. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

We were out on a late night walk with our two dogs. We had been visiting family nearby & wanted the dogs to blow off some steam before they got in the car for our journey home. It was dark, cold, wet & windy and one of the dogs got spooked by a huge gust of wind. He ran from the safety of a heavily wooded area & into a nearby road. He was hit by a car & had a gash on his front leg. Being elderly & in shock, we rushed him to the nearest vet we could find, which happened to be Priory. Of course being an emergency & out of hours, the cost was high, but the vets gave our boy phenomenal care. The charges weren’t ridiculous or extortionate & he got exceptional one-to-one care. Everything they did was in his best interest & for his short-term recovery. They liaised with his usual vets practise in South London, the following day & handed him off to them for his long-term care. If I needed a quality vets practise in East Surrey, I would highly recommend Priory Vets. They saved my boy and at age 11 he is still here with us with no residual symptoms (mental or physical). Thank you.

Snobbish patronising practice targeting rich people who don’t work. The practice has gone rapidly down hill on customer service since Nicola left.i have also been with Priory vets for 9 years but have cancelled my preventive plan and will never go back.
