Everyone is always really friendly and helpful. Everything explained really well with vet to going extra lengths to make sure my cat is in the best health given her age. Also requested a nail clipping which they managed to fit into the appointment. Plus they took blood and did nails with no issues which has never been done with my cat as she does not like letting anyone near her so whoever managed that is a miracle worker.

So impressed with the care of myself and my cat. Everything was explained including prices. I felt that my cat and I received fantastic service. This was a first visit as we have moved recently but I will never go anywhere else now. I will recommend you to everyone.

Absolutely unbelievable. They want £65.00 just to register as a new client on a weekend. £45 during the week. Then additional charges to see an animal and medication on top. If you can’t pay the £65 to register, they won’t see it. This is NOT a vets who care. It’s a business to rip people off at the expense of suffering animals. I needed them to look at a hamster with sores that may need to be put down as it’s in agony. Unbelievable

Although Lauren the vet is lovely, I'm very disappointed. Firstly, I know these are strange times but my appointment for my cat's annual inoculation was at 4.45pm but she wasn't collected until 5.10pm from the car (you can't go into the surgery even though it is in the pets at home store) , only stressing our cat out more. I was asked if I wanted to purchase flea and de-worming, which I said yes to (more on that in a bit). Our cat was returned at just after 5.35 and was told to expect a call to pay by card over the phone whilst in the car park. I did this and was not told the price but thankfully my Barclays app pinged me to tell me £91 had been debited. To keep things short it turns out I was charged 40% more on one treatment and 50% on another when compared to other online prices. This is absolutely shocking. I've also been told that our cat needs to go back in a month as she's lost weight. I'm now questioning if this is another money making ploy by CC vets based on their hideous overcharging. To add injury to insult, I had to sit in my car for another 30 minutes with a distressed cat waiting for the invoice to be brought out to me by a receptionist because they were short staffed. In summary, I think I'll be looking for a new veterinary practitioner.
