They have really good Covid-19 protocols in place and a great way for you to drop off and collect your pet.
You arrive, call in a on specific number to advise you have arrived, if they're ready for you you are advised to bring your pet around to a specific place to drop off. If not you will be called back when they are ready for you.
The vet calls you to discuss what's wrong with your pet and go through your options.
It's really nice that they're an independent vet and are not all about the money, they really do have you and your pets best interests at heart.
Good service and pleased with the the treatment (wound suture) but rather pricey. £50 added just for being in the building for 4 hours (charged day hospitalisation) seemed rather steep. Recommend them but only if you have good pet insurance.
Visited Priory Vets @ Tadworth today. Although tedious their Covid Compliance is both efficient and User friendly. Our 8 week old puppy received excellent attention, Danielle the vet called while we waited in the car confirming all our enquiries very clearly and professionally.
We live locally, considering ourselves blessed to have such a facility close by with all the Priory Team on hand.
