Having recently moved to the area, I saw Crown Vets recommended on social media. Had a great first experience bringing my cat here, especially during these COVID times. Very friendly staff, from the reception staff who booked the appointment and were very accommodating, to the boss himself who was very helpful. They have a great system in place for keeping people safe and distanced, plus a car park which is always a bonus!

Had an appointment today with an elderly rabbit with breathing difficulties. Was left waiting in the car park for almost half an hour, had to call them again to see what was going on, no explanation was given and no apologies, just "I've arrived you and someone will be out soon" If you knew anything about rabbits you'd know that's unacceptable. Also covid shouldn't make you lose manners nor the ability to communicate. Waste of journey and my time, as I wasn't going to wait around any longer with a stressed out sick rabbit so I left in the end without being seen. I won't be returning

They were perfect. I had taken my cat to another vet in Reigate and they missed a life threatening problem on 2 occasions. I noticed that he was distressed and decided for a second opinion and was recommended here by a work colleague. They saw the issue right away, treated him that night, and put him right. He had a small side effect a week later which I noticed 3 hours before I was due to leave on a 2 week long haul flight holiday. The reassured me that they could look after him, kept him under observation for a few days, and then liaised with a cat sitter to take care of him. Naturally I was concerned to leave but they knew what they were doing better than I did so I was fully reassured. Sad to leave them now that I have moved away from the area, and hope my new vets are as perfect as these guys!

A great veterinary practice. They look after our dog with great love and care. The vet is not his favourite place to go, but they manage his nervousness by being calm and assured with him. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Was recommended to go there by a good friend, everyone there is brilliant and when we had to say goodbye to our lad Cody they could not have been kinder.
