Our dog Lola has been going here for the last 2 years and she loves it, she always comes back happy (and tired) which shows us she's had a great time. She is always excited to go. The staff are super friendly and attentive and very prompt at responding to booking requests. I would really recommend this kennels for any dog.
Left my dog here for a few days. On arrival all staff were very polite, however when collecting her we noticed that the water bowl was empty in her kennel, the kennels smelt badly. As leaving we was also informed that she had yet to be fed. On closer inspection we noticed she was dirty and smelly, once home she gulped two bowls of water and ate all food that was given to her. However since returning home her behaviour has been very off she is scared and not as energetic as usual. We will not recommend this kennel, and personally will not be using them again.
My 5 dogs have been going here for over 7 years. Not easiest dogs to please and a mixture of different breeds. The dogs jump in their van as soon as they see it! The staff are very caring and animal lovers. I would not trust my dogs with anyone else as in the time they have boarded here, they return very happy and healthy. Thanks once again for returning happy pooches to me!
Absolutely amazing they looked after our staffy Krystal and we felt so at ease leaving her there the staff are amazing especially Abbey..... a big thank you to you all x
Another great visit at Windmill Farm Kennels, really happy and my 2 dogs and cat seem to have a great time! Highly recommend! :) will be booking again next year!
