we all love our pets and always concerned about finding a good honest vet , I can honestly say I recommend this place And from my experience with them on 2 occasions they have been absolutely honest and trustworthy, My cat biggles has just had blood test and being cared for by this practice , If your looking for a trust worthy / honest and good caring service I truly recommend you bring your pet here . They are not going to rip you off ! And they will do there best for your pet . Once again I thank this practice and may your work long continue :) ( Thank you Andy and your Team )

Very friendly and helpful staff. Being able to book appointments online really helps too. Never too busy to answer questions, or explain anything if you need more information.

I found myself in every owners worst nightmare after bringing home a puppy that was very sick. From the moment I brought Lucas to Banstead vets they were not only dealing with a sick puppy, but a very distraught owner. I can not thank everyone at the surgery enough - from the receptionist, to the nurses and the vets for all the care, concern and kindness they showed to my puppy and to myself. They went above and beyond anything I would expect to save him. Sadly, they were not able to and I appreciated their call to pass on their condolences at the news. They were as invested in his life as I was. I would recommend them to anybody, their duty of care to animals is exceptional.

Just returned to Banstead Village Vets with our new dog. We were with Banstead Village Vets for 16yrs previously. We were so happy with them and the care they gave our previous dog we did not hesitate to return with our new dog. Good to be back!
