Such a lovely experience at Eskay! I took in a watch to be engraved as a Christmas present and they were so helpful. They advised me what would look good and turned it around so fast at a great price. It looks incredible and am so happy they were able to easily bring my idea to life. Would always recommend this place and will return for all my watch and jewellery needs. Thank you Eskay!

What a wonderful family-owned & run business this is! Fantastic personal service and excellent craftsmanship for repairs & alterations. Many beautiful new pieces in store too! I have previously used Eskay Jewellers and always had a great experience. The customer service is outstanding, I was looking for a gold chain to hold a very sentimental pendant on, Eskay Jewellers treated my situation with respect and dignity. The availability to get items ordered in to view (in shop) is a fantastic feature unlike any experience I've previously had, it left me reassured that I was choosing the perfect chain for my needs. The interpersonal experience, professionalism and kindness shown throughout the whole process was above and beyond. Great family business that treats customers to excellent personal service. I've had all kinds of repairs and cleaning done to jewellery and watches over the years and every time the quality of workmanship has been second to none. Genuine, sincere people who really care.

Well what can I say...Customer service is not dead, I don't think I have ever had such great service. Nothing is to much trouble. I had my wedding and engagement rings resized and re coated, they look stunning. I am also having a ring redesigned, so looking forward to seeing it. I would recommend anyone who has work to be done on precious pieces to go to Eskay, he really is passionate about his work. Thank you
