Absolutely disgusted by this jewelers!!! Took my ring into be resized - it came out with all the hallmarks removed and a crack where it hadn't be soldiered properly. 8 weeks theyve had my ring all in all and never once told me that due to having the ring resized that my diamonds would fall out! Now the work has been completed do they inform me of what could happen! This is my wedding ring!!! Denise and sadie are extremely rude! Asking why did I chose my ring as a wedding ring the Absolutely audacity of it!! Very rude people. I have the video of it all and proof of how my ring went in and how it came out! I will be going to trading standards and this will be screen shotted incase it gets removed!! Warn your customers prior to carrying out such work!!
