Many retailers could learn from the superlative service received by Pragnell. As a collector I have been fortunate to transact with many over the last two decades, however, it must be said that the speed of reply and service level delivered by David Barker was exceptional. Pragnell will now be one of my favourites. Well recommended.

We just happened to be in area for a new iPad and thought it was worth checking here for a watch I was looking for. Very pleasantly surprised that they had it in, so a quick walk to the premises and what a lovely place. It really added to the watch buying experience by the way we were treated as valued customers. This was our first visit but they gave left such an impression that it won't be our last. We've left a note of a particular model I'm looking for but we will be back. Barbara really excelled with her professional, friendly service and the whole team treated us as valued customers. This was our first major watch investment and we will remember the experience everytime I wear the watch. Thank you and look forward to visiting again. All the best for 2021

I'm currently looking to purchase a new timepiece for my upcoming 40th birthday and had the pleasure of speaking to Mark who helped explain the current situation with stores and COVID. Although the model I was looking for wasn't currently in stock he was extremely helpful, informative and polite and helped me register my interest in the watch.
