Spectacular service provided by Laura at Lanes Fine Jewellery. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and always provides a personalised experience. Laura knew exactly what I needed - her opinion is so valuable. She has such a warm and bubbly personality making the experience for my engagement ring and wedding band so easy! I'm super happy and will definitely be back for more bespoke pieces from Laura/Lanes. Diamonds are a girl's best friend and there is no better place than Lanes Fine Jewlerry for the most stunning pieces!

The service and kindness demonstrated by all members of staff, especially Laura, has been overwhelming. I cannot fault her level of customer service. From the first contact I made, the suggestions to customise my engagement and wedding rings to make it perfect for my wedding was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble when serving me and also the service I witnessed when the team were dealing with other customers. Laura and team you are a credit to The Lanes and the wider jewellery provider community. I will always recommend you to family and friends as I could not have wished for a better experience.
