I have bought a number of items from this jeweller and they have always been a pleasure to deal with.
They really came into their own when i bought my fiance a bespoke engagement ring, they helped with every aspect and then when my partner was unfortunate enough to lose it they were sympathetic and once again dealt with the situation swiftly and they managed to make a ring and replace it during the lockdown.
In all i am very impressed and can't recommend Robert and the team enough.
My fiance bought my engagement ring from this shop and I have to say it is absolutely gorgeous, I get a lot of compliments. I've been in several times as I get complimentary cleaning for my ring and they have always been very professional and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an engagement ring or wedding band!
