The hardest working personal trainer I have EVER worked with! He will get you working really hard, but the results are incredible!! I have been training with Charlie for over two years, and the results are amazing due to me fully committing and being hungry for change. Charlie pushes you onto the next level and beyond, but only if you want it enough. Thank you so much Charlie!

Charlie is the best PT I have ever had. He works out a personal training plan suited to you and your ability. I would recommend him to everyone that might be shy going to a mainstream Gym. You can have quality one on one training without feeling embarrassed.

Charlie has been my PT for 8 years and I can honestly say he is the BEST! He is so passionate at what he does and that shows through his teaching. The sessions are hard but fun and we are always smiling. If your looking for a PT then he is your man!
