Stuart, was patient, understanding and fully engaged with me during the whole process. As a particulary busy person, I sometimes take a little time to complete tasks, in spite of this, not at any time did I feel chased or pushed into getting it done, I was left to get things done in my own time, which is exactly how I would want it. Stuart gave fantastic advice, improving my cover in the areas that were important to me... If you are thinking of changing your policies, Swan mortgages should be the only place you go.. 5 stars
