No where NEAR as good since they have been bought out . With them many years always helpful till this happened . Then they also shoved up their prices !! I was paying double for my classic car & all my motorbikes !!!!
Got told off for not getting staff to show me to my table. Got told to be out by six as the table was booked, then got ignored for 20 minutes, so left without a drink, or food.
Always good service.
After being a customer for a number of years I was a little disappointed recently with what appears to be a tightening of the reigns over insurance quotes. As a member of the RREC I was led to believe I would get special treatment on insurance for classic cars. Sadly, the service was a little unhelpful on a recent occasion with my premises (A Hotel) and my insurance record being questioned as if I were a child. Not very professional and highly unsatisfactory in my opinion.
Been with RH a good few years. Excellent customer service and very helpful on the phone.
