A smile and cheery word costs nothing. Neither do manners. Yes disinfectant and elbow grease do but worth the expense. On asking if I could get a tea the answer was “not in that thing”. That thing being my reusable cup ! Petrol 10p dearer than my last full also.

Damaged my car today on raised drain in car park. Asked owner for help who was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Would not even talk to me about it, even denying the drain was his! Will not be visiting there again. Great shame as like to support local shops- this man is vile and should be avoided at all costs! Pity his staff who are obviously long suffering but lovely.

The manager (Lawrence) is the most obnoxious disgusting vile person I have ever met..avoid this place (boycott) .. I've heard from a lot of ex customers who have all said this about him. I feel sorry for the staff who have to put up with someone like him..
