Louis has been superb in diagnosing and treating a long-standing issue with numbness in my leg and foot. Every session ended with me being given a number of simple and effective exercises to undertake in between weekly appointments. By the final appointment, I was back to normal and was discharged. I’ve also been given advice to prevent the numbness returning. I can’t recommend Louis and the clinic enough - top marks!
I can’t praise Louis enough. 4 weeks ago I walked into the therapy room in agony and thinking this was it for the rest of my life having a trapped nerve. Today I was discharged relatively pain free. I’ve still some things to do myself like continuing with the exercises I’ve been given. Louis was always friendly and polite.
The therapy room it’s self is clean and tidy and warm. It’s easy to get too and youre able to park just a short way from the building. As you have 2 hours parking which is more than enough time. Positive experience for me 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I don’t get many perks working in the job that I do but this was definitely a good one.
A friendly, professional service, which has helped me enormously with the various physical issues I had. The exercises I was given were simple, easy to do and yet have proved very effective. The sessions have been informative, and I definitely feel much better for them. I would recommend their services.
Both physio therapists that treated me were very professional and explained everything very well. I felt comfortable and at ease whilst being treated. They listened , and understood very well whilst as I explained what was causing me pain. I am very happy with the treatment that I received as I'm now free of any pain that I was in due to my injuries . So once again thank you.
