My cousin who has had a haircut with these people ready for a wedding is now experiencing having to have hair extentions. The cut is absoulutley horrendous and is told it's fine or will 're inburst the 12pound which is in no way or form enough compensation towards the haircut that my 1 year old could have done alot better. Not professional at all and not dealt with in correct matter. Been to alot more hairdressers for advice and have been told this is appalling and to take further. Customer is always right. Not professional at all x
