I took a gold necklace and ring to Ramsdens. I roughly knew how much I would get by using the internet (£300). They offered me £150 less than I was expected. When I said no thanks they increased their offer by about £30 straight away. I went to Cash Max and got £320. Avoid this company - how many other unsuspecting people are they ripping off.
I showed a lady behind counter to see how much my gold was worth 5 items of gold ,then another lady from the other counter turned up asking me to go around partition to other counter ,then she starts to look at my dads chain,i noticed now my grans ring is missing ,so i ask her where is my grans ring gone ,she replied im not doing buisness with you if your accusing me ,she pushed box holding gold items was 3 rings and two chains i end up with two rings ans two gold chains all itms weighed was 64.2 grams ,got home weighed gold 61.4 ,these ladies robbed me
