Was in Swansea on 7th of December with my 10 year old daughter when she said out of the blue she would like a Gucci watch. As you can imagine i was taken back that she even knew about the luxury brand at such a young age. I explained to her that they are very expensive and out of daddy's pay range but if I was to ever to win the lottery I would treat her to one as an investment. She than went on and asked was there anywhere in Swansea she could look at them. So I took her to Crouch and she was thrilled to see all the Gucci watches to the point where she was basically sat on the floor pointing out which one she liked. It was at this point a sales person who was putting stuff away asked if we needed any help. I explained that my daughter at just said out of the blue she wanted a Gucci watch and how I had explained if I win the lottery I would treat her to one. He told my daughter she had a very good taste and they are very expensive but in hindsight if she was to have one it would be her 13,19,21,30,40,50 and even her 60 birthday present all rolled in one. I said that was a great idea. He even asked if she would like to try one on. Which I declined only because my daughter as Autism I didn't want to upset her when she would have to take it off. The reason I decided to write this review was that it didn't matter that my daughter was carrying a Prime Mark bag or not in designer clothes. The member of stuff most likely knew there was no sale to be made but he still went ahead and showed us the same respect and time as if we where there to make a purchase. I wished I had taken his name but thank you for helping but a smile on my daughter.

Glad to see Dan has worked his way up to store manager - shopped here several times over the years and he's always been a great chap. Helped me pick out some wonderful jewellery as a present for an ex. Obviously looking back it was a waste of money now, but apparently she still wears the stuff so it must hold up pretty well 👌🏻. Very woi.

Brought a TAG watch from Crouch in Swansea & I have to say the staff were excellent, they were very attentive & sat down with me to help me decide which watch would suit me best. They explained everything I wanted to know & I even got a coffee which was very kind of them! 5 stars.

Wouldn't shop anywhere else! Shopped here lots over the years. Even bought our wedding rings with the help of the lovely store manager Dan.

Been here a few times now, very impressed! Would recommend Crouch to anyone!
