Had the most wonderful experience with the team at Spencer Morgan today! Needed a chain fixed that I'd snapped earlier on this week; and they were so lovely! Fixed it in a matter of minutes and done purely out of goodwill.
After the way 2020 has been, it was so uplifting to see that people like these are so ready and willing to help out! Their small act of kindness has gone such a long way!
A small family run business. Extremely welcoming and professionally run. The whole shopping experience was made a pleasure by all the staff. No pushy sales techniques used here. We will certainly be following up our visit with the aftersale service offered. My wife was more than happy with our purchase. Excellent service and high quality craftsmanship , nothing is to much for Spencer . I have taken 2 rings recently and been extremely pleased with the repairs and workmanship . Spencer was determined to find a stone the right size to replace one that was missing. He persevered and i now have a fantastic eternity ring which looks brand new. The other ring has been enlarged and the result is just perfect. I love it. All the staff are friendly and helpful and display excellent customer service. Many family members already go to Spencer and i will highly recommend his services to many others. Thank you Spencer and and all the staff .
Excellent knowledgeable service. I had repairs done to my late fathers wedding ring which were carried out quickly and with care. The results exceeded my expectations. This quality family run business really makes visiting Swansea town centre worthwhile.
