Exlenet Covid aware system in place with virtual queues, allowed us to continue on with other things and return to the store 30 minutes later for a much shorter wait in store. Staff very courteous and friendly, we were served with haste and found the charm we were looking for after sorting through multiple options. We were also offered an exchange on a bracelet as it had faulty clasp, this was unexpected and have left with a brand new replacement bracelet (all charms were swapped over too) Keep up the great work guys and I now have a shopping list for Christmas's too 👍🏽
