Brilliant service yet again.James had bags of patience.He certainly needed it with me.He made some great suggestions,and guided me towards a great decision.
Returned a ring today which took far longer than expected. Even though I provided the all the paperwork, I was kept waiting and made to feel I had done something wrong. Considering the money I spent there, I expected better customer service. I'll make sure I buy the replacement ring from somewhere else.
One member of staff made me feel very uncomfortable, keeping me outside in queue asking questions what did I want and how much did I have to spend, NEVER will I go there again
