I was slightly worried about getting my hair done due to COVID but desperately needed some TLC and went for it. Thanks to the friendly and impeccable safety strategy implemented, I felt safe and secure throughout. It was a lovely experience and at no point was I concerned in any way. Thank you Emily, Clare and Mike for looking after me and getting my hair sorted, I am so pleased (as usual) :-)

This salon is fab. The staff are so welcoming and chat away while you're having your hair done. I've always been chuffed with my haircut. You're even offered a cup of tea! The salon itself is very tastefully decorated and they want to make it an experience for you, rather than a chore x

I would give no stars but there is no option for that. I made an appointment for today, the 6th of November (my birthday) and have been waiting weeks. I booked to have natural dreadlocks because I absolutely love them and have always wanted them. And when I got to the salon I was told that the manager that does them was not at the salon and had left 10 minutes before I had arrived. I was not told about this before hand or called. And was not aloud do make a rebook because the manager will call ME back. Apparently he had a course that he needed to go to, if this was the case he shouldn't have made an appointment with a customer. I left very disappointed and will not be giving this salon my services, they missed out on a £200 appointment so their loss. Very poor customer service.
