DO NOT USE! they say they will call you back they don't, they say they can do the job and then not turn up. I asked them if they could clean my carpet as a matter of urgency and they said that they could the next afternoon and they would call me in morning. morning came no phone call, I called them and they said they could do the afternoon and would call me back. I've now taken the afternoon off work and no phone call. I have text and called them and they are not answering. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
