Great Experience! I used Tonner Johns Ratti for the purchase of our second property. We had to sell our flat in order to get our new Home. Claire was the solicitor taking care of both sides of the conveyancing. What a sterling job! 5 stars are not enough! I cannot recommend more the firm! The communication was top level and every question I had along the way, was answered promptly and clearly, was it on the phone or via email. In my previous use of legal advice, I had received a good service, but Tonner Johns Ratti has raised the bar for me! I am recommending to my family and friends to look no further, I can loudly claim “I got a very good solicitor”. Excellent communication, excellent diplomatic skills in dealing with the other side of the conveyance, which in our case was a tough one to deal with. My experience with them, is they are imcompendant. They take instructions from their client without suggesting to the client to obtaining the correct information before taking action. Must have seen the £ sign
