We recently purchased a new bathroom suite from here. Kim was very helpful, patient and took a lot of time to go through all the options with us, even recommending a plumber to fit it. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom, and we will be returning for our ensuite later this year. Thanks again Kim!

Purchased brand new carronite bath collection only. When unpacked for installation found to have dent and scratches under plastic and cardboard. Shop denied any responsibility and would not offer refund or exchange. They knew we would not be able to inspect the bath properly on collection due to plastic/cardboard wrapping and so could fob us of with damaged goods with no consumer protection at all. A very nasty business!
