Absolutely outstanding service on both shoe repair and dry cleaning. I am new to the area and I am so pleased to find this shop with good old-fashioned values

Do not ever trust this company with anything remotely valuable. I entrusted this company with an expensive coat to repair the seam that had come away on the inside. They poorly stitched up along the outside rather than match with the rest of the coat seam stitching up the inside and even managed to created a fold in the fabric at the bottom of the stitch run (can be seen in pictures). The company had the nerve to say that this is the only way it could be done. I have shown the workmanship to three seamstresses who ALL agree that the work was exceptionally poor and was NOT the way to repair it properly. I advised this company that I was unhappy with the work. They refused to refund me, and when advised of other professionals view on their work I was told they were “wrong” and the man working in there had the nerve to laugh at me and say “well, you won’t see it when you’re wearing it” Just typing this company’s name into google brings up other incidences of them ruining people’s clothing through poor workmanship and I wish I had seen this before and avoided them like the plague. Trading standards have been notified and shown the lack of craftsmanship and vile customer service.

Excellent job done putting new leather soles & heals on my expensive Cheaney's mens shoes, really pleased & they gave me some free polish to put on them... must be telling me something I guess! I must say again, I'm really pleased. Highly recommended

Not only did they not do what I asked. Which was to replace 4 eyelets in my walking boots they only replaced the broken one. The one they did replace failed the first time I went to tie my laces. On a plus side they did not charge me for this work but it's still shoddy
