Great service – I live in the north of Scotland and our last cobblers shop closed a couple of years ago. I was lucky enough to find Ingmans online and posted down my favourite timberland boots for zip repair. They’ve come back looking better than new – repaired and polished. I’m delighted with them. Great communication and I thoroughly recommend using Andy and his team, wherever you live!

Thank you Ingmans! Such craftsmanship is hard to find and it a comfort to know that despite living in London, I can still access their high quality and professional standards. My much loved, super comfy (read; worn out) Stuart Weitzman knee high boots, were ready for the bin (in my humble opinion) with cracked leather toe, tears in the stretch fabric back panel and in need of a new sole. They have been restored to a very high standard and will last me for a good few more years to come. I am delighted! What sets these guys apart is that you get the sense that they apply the same level of care, regardless of price or brand. Their passion for their craft is evident. This is a business you can trust, have no fear of sending quality items via the post to them. You complete the online form, attach a few pictures of the items for repair, receive a call from Ingmans for a brief assessment of the repair and then send your items to them and within a very short time frame they return your items to you in robust packaging. They are meticulous in their quality and service all whilst being super friendly. Rare these days....

Great service from craftsmen who take real pride in their work. Just had another pair of good Church's shoes back from repair by Andy Ingman. These required something of a rebuild because of poor work elsewhere; needed re-welting, re-soling and heeling, etc. They have come back looking good as new, - but better; these fit me perfectly, unlike new shoes. Very happy to deal with guys like this. If you have good shoes, and want to give them the treatment they deserve, this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a cobbler on the internet to repair my loakes and found Ingmans! These guys are amazing!! My favorite shoes i wear for work were in a bad way and after finding Ingmans on the internet and reading all there 5 star reviews,i thought i would get in touch to see if they could save my shoes so i can enjoy more years wearing them. Amazing quality work and rapid turnaround. I sent a pair of Crockett and Jones ladies double monk straps from London which were in serious need of repair, Andy and his team did an amazing job of reshaping the insoles, stitching on new soles to the original spec with 9-10 stitches per inch, and restoring the uppers to their former glory! Posted on Monday, repaired and back to me within 10 days!
