Friendly staff but damage on contact not quiet the same when checked over but sorted on paperwork
Excellent customer service, no complaints. They helped me when my car needed to come off the road early, so needed the hire car sooner then booked, they changed it and really helped me out, as I needed it for work.
The lady showed me where the main controls were and how to remove silly functions like the stop/start.
They extended the hire period with no problems, told me exactly how much extra it would be and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and reasonable it was.
I've just returned the car and the lad in there was nice and polite, easy quick process, if you have nothing to hide and follow the terms and conditions.
when i picked up car this morning,i did not find the lady very helpful.
when i returned car this evening,the man was completly different couldnt do enough.
if you wanna quickly car this is the place and always the girls un front its so nice and friendly 🤙
