I Use enterprise regularly for business through my employer, but recently had my own car emergency so needed personal hire. Absolutely fantastic service, really helpful, attentive and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. Only wish I’d got the name of the lady I spoke to at the train station office and the man who handed me the keys! Thank you

Great service but hard to find. No signs at the train station indicating where their office is.
1) they double charged me
2) they changed the pickup time without asking
3) they changed the pickup to a time after they close
4) their website lists the wrong hours (they close 4 hours earlier than listed)

5) the central office tried to blame me for the change in pickup time (n.b., I only booked the car and logged off the computer, nor do I have an online account to do so with)
6) the reservation page has numerous issues/bugs
7) as a result, my friends who are visiting from out of country and I, cannot do anything we've planned.
8) as another result, I'll have to book airport hotels for my friends instead of being able to drive them to the airport (their flight is too early for any trains, so they have to leave the day before, which again changes our other plans).
9) someone not me, apparently cancelled the booking
10) enterprise couldn't offer another car or compensation.
I was a loyal customer to this company. My business is going elsewhere.
